Multi-function display MFD-Titan

The new HMI Controller. The MFD-Titan display is easily fitted using two standard 22.5 mm drill holes. The components for the power supply and the optional inputs/outputs are simply plugged in from the back.

Display is graphic and has a background lighting, Optional button lighting too. The unit can be customized with graphics and text outputs by pre-programming it. An Industrial UI with IP 65.

How fibre optical sensors work

It is based on the same basic principle of white-light interferometryas described in the section on point sensor above.Light from a white-light source is transmitted via optical fibre tothe optical sensor. Here the sensor consists of a fibre optical coupler branching out into two fibres of different length and having aminiature mirror attached at each end.
